Money Market Accounts

A money market account is a kind of savings account that usually provides a higher interest rate than a standard savings account, in exchange for limited electronic or third-party withdrawal privileges. Money market accounts usually require a minimum balance. Money market accounts usually allow check writing, but generally imposes limits on the number of checks you can write each month. Money market accounts are FDIC insured.
